We Made the Inc. 5000 List!

We’ve reached an exciting milestone in our journey, but our work is just beginning

We Made the Inc. 5000 List!

This is such an exciting day for all of us at The Center for Generational Kinetics! We are thrilled to have made the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest growing companies. Our team has worked hard over the past five years to go from a vision (and one room office) to an entire office building with 16 employees and over 150 clients each year! We love helping our clients solve tough generational challenges with Millennials and Gen Z.

The Center's team

We’d like to give a special shout out and a HUGE thank you to our clients. Without you, we would not be able to undertake such exciting research, uncover hidden trends, and work with you solve challenges that save jobs, grow companies, and strengthen people. Your excitement for our work, and the results we create together, give us the inspiration and fuel to unlock the power of every generation.

“The Center for Generational Kinetics started out in a tiny office with no windows and no clients,” said Jason Dorsey. “But we believed in the impact we wanted to make. It was tough going in those early years, but starting one ground zero (or office zero!) helped us to value what every client values from us: results. It’s been an honor to be a part of building a company that now helps so many people, has a fun and rewarding culture, and gets to make cool research discoveries every day!”

“When I became CEO of The Center for Generational Kinetics, I knew I wanted to impact the world,” said Denise Villa. “What started as two people in a tiny office has grown into an organization that has served over 700 clients around the world, supports charities and non-profits every year, and we have a team of people that I enjoy seeing and working with every single day. Making the Inc. 5000 list is an exciting milestone in this journey and just the beginning for what we are building!”
