CGK President Jason Dorsey Honored to Keynote for SIBF for the Second Time

We’re excited to share that our President, Jason Dorsey, recently keynoted for The Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF)—for the second time! The event brought together an incredible mix of global business leaders, and Jason was honored to receive a standing ovation from this highly engaged audience. Sharing the stage with Thomas Friedman made the occasion even more special and thought-provoking.

For those who might not be familiar, SIBF is all about building meaningful connections, fostering deep understanding, and sharing firsthand experiences that strengthen relationships among business leaders worldwide. Their members include a diverse array of CEOs, founders, academics, and multigenerational business owners who all share a passion for making a global impact.

During his keynote, Jason shared our latest research on Gen Z, including some unexpected post-Covid trends and behaviors that are reshaping industries and sparking innovation on a global scale. The rapid rise of Gen Z brings both challenges and opportunities, and leaders around the world are eager to better understand this generation’s influence and potential.

One of the key themes Jason emphasized was the power of multigenerational collaboration within global organizations. When every generation has the space to contribute their unique perspectives, skills, and gifts, organizations become more adaptable, inclusive, and successful. This idea is central to our work and resonates deeply with leaders striving for meaningful change.

We’re deeply grateful to the SIBF team for creating such a welcoming, inclusive, and thought-provoking event. The conversations, engagement, and passion for lifelong learning were truly inspiring. Thank you for making it an unforgettable experience for everyone involved!
