CGK President Jason Dorsey experienced a dream come true last week speaking to all the new, first-time State Senators and Representatives in Texas. What an unforgettable moment for him and exciting opportunity to share CGK’s latest research discoveries!
In a time where there is so much division in the world, Jason felt it was an honor—and more urgent than ever—to share CGK’s new perspectives, data, and strategies that bring people together. He loves sharing ideas that unlock the possibility and value in everyone.
This group of newly elected state leaders must bridge different generations of constituents, stakeholders, and legislators to create positive change across Texas. Sharing with them CGK’s latest generational and behavioral discoveries on how to bridge these differences was an impactful moment. Plus, every legislator received a copy of Zconomy!
Making the occasion even more special to Jason, he was invited to deliver the keynote by the President of the The University of Texas at Austin, Jay Hartzell. UT changed the course of his life, so keynoting a high-profile event for the new legislatures and President Hartzell was an unforgettable experience for him. In addition, CGK’s Co-Founder is a proud UT alumnus, too.
“Leaders across Texas must accurately understand generations in order to engage each one in a way that builds trust, collaboration, and new solutions to strengthening our state.”
-Jason Dorsey
Fun fact: CGK’s CEO, Denise Villa, PhD came to see Jason speak at this great event! As the co-author of Zconomy, she also signed books for the attendees, which made for a wonderful memory as attendees could have both authors’ signatures at one event!
CGK would like to thank President Hartzell for his leadership and for inviting Jason to be a part of the incredible first-time legislator orientation event. Jason will always remember it—and Hook ‘em!
