New Research Led by Bridgehead Collective in Partnership with CGK

This is why we were thrilled to be the research firm partner to—and for our President, Jason Dorsey to deliver the Grand Research Reveal keynote of—a new national study for sales, marketing, and executive leaders from across the US!!! The best part: the custom national research was commissioned by industry inspiration Heather Chastain and her company, Bridgehead Collective!


Heather had a vision for a different kind of study for the direct selling industry. A study that directly dove into the biggest beliefs, perceptions, operations, and assumptions about direct selling. Her goal was to separate myth from truth so leaders could take informed action now. Sounds like a perfect fit for our research approach at The Center for Generational Kinetics, doesn’t it?!


The study explored every key aspect of how different generations view and engage with direct selling and the most important hidden behavioral trends affecting the industry. The findings were incredible—and filled with “wow” surprises from recruiting and retention to motivation, incentives, and brand positioning. The discoveries *directly dispelled* many core beliefs in the industry about emerging generations and their intersection with direct selling, entrepreneurship, and underlying behaviors.


As many of you know, we have worked with our amazing research clients—from the biggest global brands and private equity firms to consultants, speakers, and authors—to lead more than 120 research studies around the world. We have to say that this study was one of the most eye-opening and surprising (possibly even shocking!) in terms of unexpected findings that are immediately actionable for an entire industry. Exciting.


Once Jason presented the study findings to the executives from companies across the U.S., Heather presented an in-depth session on exactly how to apply each of the findings at every step of the direct selling customer and distributor journey. Based on the findings, she built a custom assessment that direct selling companies can use as well as a performance framework that is fantastic.
