Step 1
Initial Event Details and Customization Kickoff
Client identifies topic or topics of interest. Client shares attendee overview, key event goals, and confirms event details. Client completes CGK Customization Framework to share leadership’s priorities, attendee mindset, event overview, core messages, and more.
Step 2
Promotional Assets Provided
Speaker provides custom invite video (optional), speaker bio, headshot options, and presentation description for internal and external promotion.
Step 3
Landscape Review and Confidential Data Transfer
Speaker reviews the client's website, social media, recent press coverage, and other external-facing information and important industry trends. Client provides confidential data (if useful) for informing speaker’s content, strategies, and solutions, such as workforce and customer data.
Step 4
Customization Meeting and Presentation Creation
Deep dive into leadership’s goals, organizational culture, behavioral drivers/blockers, content pillars, and actions/case studies that will drive measurable results. Speaker creates customized presentation integrating all customization steps into visually powerful slides that drive learning and key actions.
Step 5
On-Site Stage and A/V Check
AV check scheduled. Slides, intro, and handouts are provided two weeks before the event.
Step 6
Optional Integration with Prior Presenter
Speaker will review high-level speaking points from the presentation immediately prior to their own for seamless transition and flow.
Step 7
VIP Meet-and-Greet or VIP Book Signing
Optional VIP Meet-and-Greet or memorable book signing following the presentation. Client orders books in advance for signing.
Step 8
Custom Speech Recap Video
Speaker records an engaging 4 to 6-minute speech recap video post-event. Client distributes the video for rapid message reinforcement.
